2. Authorization

Opnerr does not grant or control property access. The Requesting User is solely responsible for ensuring proper authorization is granted before any property entry.

3. Vendor and Agent Responsibilities

Users entering a property must:

• Confirm authorization prior to entry
• Follow all provided instructions
• Respect property rights and privacy
• Secure the property upon exit

Unauthorized entry is strictly prohibited.

4. Lockbox & Access Information

Lockbox codes and access details must not be shared outside authorized channels. Users must not store or distribute access information beyond what is necessary to perform the task.

5. Safety Standards

Users should not enter a property if conditions appear unsafe. Users assume all risks associated with property entry and task performance.

6. Property Damage

Performing Users are solely responsible for any damage, loss, or injury arising from property access. Opnerr does not provide insurance coverage for user activities.

7. Incident Reporting

Any safety incident, property damage, or unauthorized access must be reported promptly through the Platform.

8. Enforcement

Violation of this Policy may result in suspension or termination of access to Opnerr.
