Payments are processed securely through Stripe, and your client's personal information is never shared until a task is officially accepted. Your exact location is never revealed — only an approximate 5-mile radius is used for matching.

Opnerr is growing fast across the country. When you create a task, agents within 5 miles are invited first, then we expand the search up to 50 miles. The more agents who join in your market, the faster your tasks get picked up. Invite your colleagues — it makes the platform better for everyone.

Signing up for Opnerr is completely free. When you create a task, you set your own price — you decide what the job is worth. Payment is only processed after the task is completed and confirmed. There are no monthly fees, no hidden charges, and no subscriptions.

Once your account is verified, toggle your availability on and start receiving task invitations from agents in your area. Accept showings, open houses, lockbox pickups, and more — all on your own schedule. You get paid directly to your Stripe account after the task creator confirms completion. It's a flexible way to earn extra income between your own deals.

You can delegate property showings, open houses, lockbox pickups/returns, comparative market analyses (CMAs), MLS uploads, and custom tasks. If it's a real estate task that another licensed agent can handle, you can post it on Opnerr. You can also send business referrals to agents in other markets.

When you sign up, you'll provide your real estate license details and brokerage information. Our team reviews your credentials — typically within 24 hours. Once verified, you'll see a green checkmark on your profile and you'll be able to create tasks, accept invitations, and send referrals. This keeps the platform trusted and professional.

Yes. When you receive a task invitation, you can accept the offered price, reject it, or send a counter-offer. The task creator can then accept your counter or come back with a different number. It's a straightforward back-and-forth until both sides agree.
