Community Guidelines

1. Purpose

These Community Guidelines outline the behavioral standards expected of all users of the Opnerr platform. Our goal is to maintain a professional, respectful, and trustworthy marketplace environment for licensed agents and vendors nationwide.

2. Professional Conduct

Users must conduct themselves professionally at all times. This includes respectful communication, punctuality, honesty in task performance, and adherence to agreed-upon task scope. Misrepresentation of qualifications, licensing, or experience is strictly prohibited.

3. Respectful Communication

Harassment, threats, discrimination, abusive language, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated. Users must communicate respectfully through the platform messaging system and in any off-platform interaction related to Opnerr tasks.

4. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

Users must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including licensing regulations and brokerage rules. Vendors may not perform activities requiring a real estate license. Licensed agents must remain in good standing in their jurisdiction.

5. Property Access Standards

Users must respect property rights and follow all authorization requirements provided by the requesting party. Unauthorized access, misuse of lockbox information, or sharing of property access details is strictly prohibited.

6. Payment Integrity

All payments must remain on-platform. Users may not solicit or facilitate off-platform payments for tasks initiated through Opnerr. Circumvention of platform fees is a violation of these Guidelines and the Terms of Service.

7. Non-Solicitation

Performing Users may not solicit clients introduced through Opnerr for independent representation for a period specified in the Terms of Service. Client relationships must be respected.

8. Proof of Performance Integrity

Proof-of-performance submissions must be truthful and accurate. Falsified documentation, staged photos, or misleading submissions may result in immediate suspension or termination.

9. Ratings and Feedback

Users must provide honest and fair feedback based on direct experience. Retaliatory reviews or attempts to manipulate ratings are prohibited.

10. Fraud and Misconduct

Fraudulent behavior, theft, property damage, or intentional misconduct will result in immediate suspension and potential permanent removal from the Platform.

11. Reporting Violations

Users are encouraged to report suspected violations through the Platform. Opnerr reserves the right to investigate and take action at its sole discretion.

12. Enforcement

Violation of these Community Guidelines may result in warnings, temporary suspension, permanent removal, or other actions deemed appropriate by Opnerr. Serious violations may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

13. Updates

Opnerr may update these Community Guidelines at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
